Impermanence

Even when it feels impossibly hard, it will pass. You are *not* your stuff. If your home is a mess, it does not mean that YOU are a mess.

I wanted to show you my wrist tattoo which I got after a brutal breakup, and it’s a broken infinity sign to mean impermanence.

Nothing lasts forever, things always change; when you’re happy and life is good, soak it in and be grateful; when life is hard as it becomes a lot of time, know that it’s temporary and it will pass.

I’m thinking about this today in relation to organizing and decluttering with taking care of our homes and our families because we have to learn to rewrite these narratives we tell ourselves “I’m never going to get in control of my clutter, I’m never going to live in a clean house.”

The truth is that you can, and it starts with knowing your WHY, what’s the reason that you want to get out from the piles, the mess, and take back your home?

And I can help you, we can do it together. You will come out on the other side of this if you just commit to it—and it’s a big commitment, but you deserve it, you’re worth it.

Let me help you release the excess and reclaim your space. You can tip the scales in your favor—be brave and take the first step.
